Where is the Kickstarter? After reading all of the comments, I'm sure you'd hit your goal in a day. Release the movie for free as a fanfic project so Pokémon company can't sue.
Making the full length movie would cost hundreds of millions $ haha, so no we wouldn't reach our goal with a kickstarter. BUT, we're curently making more about dark edition... We'll start with short film and a patreon, and we'll see where it goes!

This is what I'd like in a pokemon movie using their pokedex entry and stats and make them look closer to real animals. Loved the Machamp, Charizard and Aerodactil

you realy kept the pokemon charm wile still being as realistic as posible. Cyndaquil And Pikachu were actually cuter than the cartoon version . The Meowth was majestic in his naked spinx glory. The Sandshrew Was awesome . the Charizard look like an actual dragon. And the Machamp looks powerful. including the pokemons expreshions, perfect. the im not a dark pokemon univers fan but but this might the exeption.

Amazing work! What software was used, can you create an extensive making of?
It was made using 3dmax, vray, zbrush, substance, nuke and adobe suit. I'm not sure if we'll make a making of for this but you might find behind the scene on the director's intagram account. Link in the description!
